By inviting and using Espie ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to the following terms.

  2. User Responsibility. You are responsible for your interactions with the Bot. The developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
  3. Fair Use. You agree not to abuse the Bot's functionality, including but not limited to spamming commands, attempting to crash the Bot, or exploiting bugs.
  4. Changes. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  5. Termination. The developer reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
